About Me
- Chartered Accountant of 20+ years and have worked in different industries including hospitality, farming, security;
- Have gained significant knowledge and experience working in these various business’s as an employee, business owner and consultant;
- Have worked very closely with a few tax agents and refer work to each other;
- Have a small network of bookkeepers that work independently or subcontract to me;
- Have been involved with acquisitions and mergers and work very closely with external lawyers to achieve the best outcome;
- Recently joined forces to facilitate Capital Raising from overseas markets.
How It Works
- Once-off or project work can be done;
- Part time on a weekly or monthly basis
- Hourly rate or fixed fees can be negotiated;
- Bookkeeping is preferably a third party service
